We invite our local Bryson City merchants to partner with us for the 7th Annual Spooky 5K Fundraiser on October 10, 2026, at Riverside Park. This is a unique opportunity to gain local visibility while making a lasting impact on the lives of foster children and adult wards in Swain County.
Sponsorship Levels
- $10–$199 Support: Business name featured on the back of the event t-shirt and on the official race day sponsor list.
- $200+ Support: Business logo prominently displayed on the back of the event t-shirt and on the official race day sponsor list.
Your sponsorship funds go directly to meeting the unmet needs of Swain County's foster children and adult wards. Contributions provide Christmas gifts, extracurricular activity fees, summer camp experiences, and other vital support that helps our most vulnerable neighbors thrive.

Can we wear costumes?
Absolutely! Spooky or silly, we love seeing your Halloween spirit. Just ensure your costume is safe for running and doesn't obstruct your vision.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, strollers are more than welcome! This is a family-friendly event. We simply ask that participants with strollers start near the back of the pack for safety.
What happens if it rains?
The Spooky 5K is a rain or shine event! We'll be there running through the mist. In case of extreme weather, we will post updates on our social media pages.
